Responsibilities
UMW continues her momentum in recruiting fresh graduates for the 4th year under UMW Graduate Enhancement Programme (SL1M-UMW: GEP). SL1M-UMW: GEP is UMW's answer to the Government's calling in producing high quality skilled employees - employees that are marketable, equipped with set of fundamental skills such as self confidence, emotional maturity, critical and analytical thinking, etc. Participants will be groomed to better prepare themselves in meeting the workforce requirements through 5 weeks soft skills training (classroom) and 25 weeks on-the-job training. Participants' growth and performance will be supervised, and elective programmes will be added to support them in excelling in their role.
Requirements
1) Unemployed and underemployed graduates.
2) Possess a Degree or equivalent in the below field:
- Engineering: Automotive/ Petroleum/ Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechatronics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, International Business, Economics.
3) Obtain a CGPA of 2.75 and above.
4) Age - 27 years old and below.
5) Willing to be attached to various subsidiaries within UMW Group in Shah Alam/ Kuala Lumpur/ West Malaysia/ East Malaysia.
